Süleyman Otomotiv Conducted Traditional Workshop In 2018, we are happy to leave behind a workshop where we set our company's roadmap and share our plans with our valuable employees. First of all, I would like to congratulate all of our employees and stakeholders for their 2017 performance. In our workshop in Bursa, productive decisions were made about transforming a planned process into realistic and result-oriented actions. In a world where rapid and radical changes are taking place, the importance of reading the global, regional and domestic developments correctly and making the right policies by making long term predictions was emphasized. We exchanged ideas in order to increase productivity by sharing mutual ideas in the environment where our suppliers are also with us from time to time. During the awards received by our colleagues who have shown high success in their departments, the glitter in their eyes showed us that they will not live without a goal and that the awards received have no reward for spiritual pleasure. The automotive industry plays a critical role in the development of the country's industry. As a company that is aware of this, we had the chance to carry out our policies in consultation with our stakeholders and to emphasize to our friends the importance of making fast and correct decisions in today's production and consumption preferences that change direction very fast. Sales and marketing processes, procurement processes, technological infrastructure investments… are the biggest indicators of the value we attach to our country and our customers. I would like to express my gratitude to our employees and suppliers who have contributed to these sanctions and hope to have a good year for all humanity, our country, our customers and employees in the sector.
